The first two that had been scheduled were postponed because of bad weather.
People gathered at the foot of the Big Four Bridge at Waterfront Park around 11 a.m.
Once the Indiana side opens, the starting point for the tours will alternate each month between Kentucky and Indiana.
Tours take about an hour and are scheduled for the first Wednesday of every month.
It's a great way to see progress of the construction on the Ohio River Bridges Project.
