LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- A Louisville doctor is indicted and accused of unlawfully distributing controlled substances, fraud and money laundering.
George Kudmani, 68, was an OBGYN at a practice on Stonestreet Road in Louisville.
Authorities say on average he would see more than 35 patients a day and the practice didn't employ any other individual with medical training.
Authorities say a first time patient would pay $75 for a gynecological exam and each visit after would pay $35 in cash to get a controlled substance prescription without an exam.
His office was raided in 2012.
