LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- A major celebration is in store for the Big Four Bridge now that the Indiana side is open.
An official dedication ceremony is set for June 25 at 5 p.m. There will be parades on each side of the river and they will then meet in the middle of the bridge.

Families, joggers and bikers are invited to come and decorate their bikes, wagons and strollers.
The dedication ceremony will be followed by a Waterfront Wednesday concert featuring the Old 97s.
