(WHAS11) -- It's back to court for former Indiana State Police Trooper David Camm.

Attorneys are expected to discuss two motions in court Monday. One involves expert witnesses and the other has to do with accomplice Charles Boney who was convicted in the killings in 2006.

Camm's trial is set for August and is being moved north of Indianapolis.

Camm's first two convictions were overturned. He is facing a third trial for the September 2000 murders of his wife and two children in Georgetown, Ind.
