LOUISVILLE, Ky (WHAS11) -- The man killed in a Thursday afternoon wreck on Poplar Level Road at Fern Valley Road has been identified.
The Jefferson County Coroner's office says 58-year-old James Adams of Mt. Washington was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the other car, a 22-year-old, survived the crash.
The cause of the accident is not known at this time.
