CRESTWOOD, Ky. (WHAS11) -- A Crestwood man is charged with tying his mother up with duct tape and stealing her car.
According to police, Brian Dolan is charged with unlawful imprisonment and theft.
Police say Dolan got into an argument with his 67-year-old mother on Tuesday. He is accused of binding her with duct tape, locking her in the bathroom and then taking her car.
The woman was able to get free and call 911. She was not hurt.
