Frankfort, Ky. (WHAS11) - A Frankfort court has ruled against the state of Kentucky in its request for a temporary injunction over accusations that Marathon oil gouged gas prices.
The judge says Attorney General Jack Conway's office didn't have enough proof that Marathon's prices were unrelated to the increase of the company's costs.
The judge also said Conway's office also didn't show that irreparable harm would be done without an injunction.
