(WHAS11) -- The founder of the USA Harvest will not be in court until October to face allegations that he stole donations.
Hugh "Stan" Curtis' court date is set for October 18.
Curtis is currently in the hospital fighting an infection. He is accused of stealing $183,000 in donations.
He is charged with money laundering, mail fraud and false tax returns.
