LOUISVILLE, Ky -- Two people from central Kentucky are charged with criminal child abuse after police said they locked their four children in a room and used ropes and chains on the door to keep it shut.
Amber Bishop, 25, and Daniel Isaacs, 28, are behind held in the Madison County Detention Center.
Police said some of the kids belonged to Bishop and some were Isaac's.
Officers were called to the home with social service workers after receiving a report about abuse.
