( WHAS11) -- Authorities say they expect to file charges against several people after Penn State cheerleader and Louisville native Paige Raque nearly died after falling from a window during a party.
Several suspects may face misdemeanor charges of giving alcohol to minors at a party in October. During that party, 19-year-old Raque fell 39 feet through a screened window, suffering severe head injuries and a crushed pelvis.
Police did get a blood sample from Raque to find out her blood alcohol level at the time of the fall, but the results have not been released.
