Case of woman accused of killing newborn goes to grand jury

(WHAS11) - The case of a Corbin, Kentucky woman accused of killing her newborn is heading to the grand jury.
Police say 20-year-old Ashley Cox gave birth to a baby girl inside a bathroom at the Roderere Correctional Complex in LaGrange earlier this month and then suffocated it.
Cox has said she didn't know she was pregnant.
She's still in jail on a $3 million bond.
