Carroll Co. bus crash victims respond to NTSB wanting to reduce blood alcohol limit

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- The May 14, 1988 bus crash that killed 27 people, most of them children, horrified the nation and paved the way for tougher drunk driving laws.

Right now the National Transportation Safety Board wants states to cut the current legal limit by nearly half.

The legal limit is 0.08 but the NTSB wants states to cut that to 0.05.
