LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) – A house of Cards packed into Champions Restaurant and Bar in Louisville Saturday night with just minutes left in the biggest game of year.

"It's always a fun game when it's UofL and UK," Ashlee Bush, a UofL fan said.

"Probably the best rivalry in college basketball," Doug Williams, a UK fan said.

It was a rivalry felt at every table, where red and blue clashed beneath the big screens.

"If you want to be at the winner's table, come sit with us," Shannon Feese, a UK fan said.

"We're going to change Rupp Arena to Russ Arena," Glen Taylor, a Cards fan said.

"I like them both, but when they play together, I go Big Blue," Deanna Baumert said.

"We don't look at the blue people," Michelle Pennix said.

With the final score on the screen, it was hard not to notice them.

"We played the whole second half without our best player and still won," Williams said.

"I think there was a little bit of home court cookin' that went on tonight," Eddie Luckhardt, a UofL fan said.

"It was a hard loss," Bush said.

A loss that shadowed some of the night's biggest plays.

"Russ' dunk obviously. I hope that's on ESPN's top play of the night," Luckhardt said.

A night topped with a win for the Wildcats.

"They beat a seasoned, experienced team, and they know now, they can do it," Williams said.
