LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- A Metro Councilman put a fence up on Dixie Highway this summer to offer green space and make it attractive to businesses -- but some owners complained it blocked drivers from seeing them.
On Friday afternoon one of the owners said enough is enough.
