LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Tim Steinrock, the owner of Steinrock roofing and sheet metal, noticed ladders and copper missing from his business Thursday morning. Instead of waiting for police, he took matters into his own hands and tracked down a man who he says stole $7,000 worth of what he owned.
