Brown-Forman CFO to retire

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Changes are coming to Louisville-based Brown-Forman, the parent company of some of America's most famous liquors.

The company announced today that Chief Financial Officer Don Berg will retire.

Berg will step down from his current role on January 31, and will retire at the end of April.

Berg has been with Brown-Forman for 25 years.

He'll be replaced as CFO by current Chief Production Officer Jane Morreau, who has been at the company for more than 22 years.

Brown-Forman's brands include Jack Daniels, Woodford Reserve, Old Forester and Finlandia Vodka.
