JEFFERSONVILLE, Ind. (WHAS11) -- The Indiana Board of Medical Licensure has extended the emergency suspension for a doctor accused of over-prescribing pain pills.

Dr. Lea Marlow's medical license was suspended in December but when Dr.. Marlow did not show up for a hearing an order was filed to extend the suspension by 90 days.

Court documents show Marlow prescribed oxycodone to 95 percent of her patients at a Jeffersonville pain clinic.

The clinic has since been shut down by the city.
