(WHAS 11)--The popular Louisville Blues and Barbecue Festival returns to the Water Tower.
Headlining the festival this year is Claudette King who is the daughter of Blues legend B.B. King.
She’ll take the stage July 19.
Also performing is the Stray Cat Blues Band.
The event is in its 16th year and combines Blues music and barbecue.
There will also be vendors and entertainment for the kiddos.
The festival opens July 19 at 5 p.m. through Sunday at the Water Tower on Zorn Avenue.
Organizers say you can bring lawn chairs, blankets, umbrellas but no food, drink, pets or tents.
