LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- A Louisville teenager charged with killing his step-brother wants to be released from jail on house arrest.
Josh Young's attorney asked the judge to change his bond on Monday afternoon.
A judge is now deciding whether to release Young from metro corrections on a $40,000 property bond to house arrest.
Young is accused of beating Seneca High School student Trey Zwicker to death in 2011.
The victim's father still believes others are involved in the murder.
