Arrests made in East Louisville home invasions

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) – Four adults and one juvenile are facing multiple counts of robbery after police say they took part in two armed home invasions in connection with robberies in eastern Jefferson County.

Police said  three of the alleged thieves were arrested after being found in a stolen car at the Jefferson Mall.

They believe Joshua Martin, Clarence Hayes Jr., Deneisha Johnson, Ashley Edwards and a 17-year-old targeted homes near the Brownsboro Road vicinity.

All four are charged with four counts of first degree robbery. Hayes is facing an additional charge of receiving stolen property and Johnson is also facing additional charges; theft by deception and posession of burglar's tools.
