(WHAS11)  Another indicted Harrison County official turned himself in.

Jail Commander Nathan Simpson surrendered to police Saturday afternoon.  He is now out of jail on bond.

Simpson was indicted Thursday night, along with Harrison County Sheriff Mike Deatrick.

Deatrick is also out of jail on bond, charged with fondling two former employees, threatening them at gunpoint and trying to hide evidence of the alleged crimes.

Simpson is charged with obstruction of justice and false informing.

Deatrick will be back on the job Monday.  Under Indiana state law, he does not have to step down.

He would have to be convicted of a felony to be forcibly removed as sheriff.
