Maxey was reported missing by her mother on Oct. 5 after her biological father, Yeager, took her from the area of Bardstown Road and I-265. Police believe Maxey is in danger by staying with Yaeger, who is the non-custodial parent.

Maxey is black with brown hair, brown eyes, curly hair, 3 feet 7 inches tall and weighs 37 lbs. She was last seen wearing a black and pink tank top with a swirled design, white sandals and a pull-up. Maxey could also be wearing a white and yellow polka-dot top with white pants that have ruffles.

Yeager, 26, is white has brown hair, blue eyes, 6 feet 1 inch tall and weighs 185 lbs. He has a full sleeve tattoo on his right arm and he has a Chinese symbol on the left side of his neck.

Again the 2000, maroon Ford Taurus with a New Jersey license plate, that police thought Yeager had, has been located.

Yeager is heading in an unknown direction, but according to police the subject might have family in Indiana.
