LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11)- The AARP Tax-Aide program has identified 14 sites in Jefferson and surrounding counties where seniors and low-to-moderate income people can get help with their tax returns.
AARP Tax-Aide is a free service for people in Jefferson, Bullitt, Henry, Oldham, Shelby and Spencer counties in Kentucky as well as five counties in southern Indiana. Last year, about 200 volunteers helped almost 12,000 people with their tax forms.
The free service is offered from Feb. 1 – April 15. Sites, dates and times are listed below.
