(WHAS11) - It will be at least one more month before the Louisville zoning board makes a decision about a Butchertown meat packing plant's controversial expansion plans.

Monday morning, the board delayed arguments until November 16th.

JBS Swift is challenging an order to pay nearly $138,000 in landscaping and street improvements in Butchertown because it says the requirement is a punishment.

The zoning board made that requirement when it approved the plant's expansion.

The Butchertown Neighborhood Association has filed a lawsuit appealing the board's approval of Swift's permit.
