(WHAS11) - Imagine having a fulltime job at a place like Humana you're 26 years old and you decide hey, I'd like to have two little girls in my life to keep me busy.

Watch this story

Well it's the true spirit of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Kentuckiana, adults volunteering to help young people grow to great adults themselves.

And we found Linda Wood is not only very lucky, but she's very entertained.

Tierra, 11, loves to sing, act and design things. She has a flourish for the dramatic.

Autumn is an artist and loves the outdoors.

And together in their lives, these two little sisters, have one big sister, Linda Wood, a Humana employee.

Linda is a rarity. She took on two little sisters from Big Brothers Big Sisters of Kentuckiana.? Linda sees all 3 of them one on one at least once a month.?

Linda is part big sister, and teacher, telling the girls to reach for their goals.

So keep an eye out for these three, they are a one of a kind group, and Linda knows she hit the jackpot with these smart, polite, adorable young ladies.
