Louisville, Ky. (WHAS11) - A teenager accused of killing four teens in a Louisville car accident was back in court Thursday morning.
17-year-old Herbert Lee is charged in the deaths of brothers Jemar, Demar and Marc Claybrooks and their friend Arron Shields in December of last year.
Police say Lee was fleeing police when he crashed, killing all four of his passengers.
Marc's father is holding a remembrance ceremony this evening at PRP High School by the tree planted in the boys' honor.
That event starts at 6:40 p.m.
