(WHAS11) - The Board of Education will meet Monday night to discuss the evaluation of Jefferson County Public Schools Superintendent Dr. Sheldon Berman.

A survey done by the Jefferson County Teachers Association showed Berman isn't making the grade in their eyes.

Just a couple of weeks ago, nearly 1000 teachers gave feedback about Dr. Berman.

The majority gave him a "C".

"You gotta wonder if the guy can survive. I just don't see it turning around for him," said Steve Neal of the JCTA.

Some teachers had positive comments but others used the words manipulative, hypocrite, arrogant and self serving to describe him.

Berman is still awaiting his performance review from School Board members which should be announced Monday evening.
