The project supposed to reshape Louisville's skyline certainly reshaped a metro council meeting as tempers flared.
A developer for Museum Plaza tossed accusations at a metro council member because he felt that the councilman was treating their project unfairly.
There is not much construction going on now. That's part of the reason the committee wanted an update on the project. They would like to see Seventh Street re-opened until construction resumes on the building that would reach 61 stories high.
