Herbert Lee is charged with four counts of murder, evading police, and auto theft in this short police pursuit that ended in the deadly crash Thursday night.
Three brothers, Jemar, Demar, and Marc Claybrooks, perished in the crash. Their friend Aaron Shields died as well.
The teens had been at a Youth Alive event.
