A night at Waverly Hills

(WHAS11) - A local haunt, nationally famous for ghost-sightings, may soon be turned into a hotel.
The owners of the Waverly Hills Sanatorium announced their plans in August.
The building would be made into a 78-room Boutique Hotel with a spa, fitness center and meeting space for business groups.
The sanatorium was formerly a tuberculosis hospital that was built in 1925. It is now a mecca for ghost-hunters, who travel from all over the world to search for paranormal activity.
The renovation will cost about $18,000,000 and is expected to be finished by early 2010.
