(WHAS11) - There is a settlement in the sexual harassment lawsuit involving Harrison County and Sheriff Michael Deatrick.
The Justice Department announced the Sheriff, the Council and the Commissioners must pay $375,000 to two dispatchers who had sued, saying they had been sexually harassed.
The Sheriff's Department will also hire an Equal Employment Opportunity Trainer.
A judge still has to sign off on the deal.
