Louisville, Ky. (WHAS11) - A Louisville man is facing a 20 count indictment after an injury crash last month.
32-year-old Jason Kees is charged with 10 counts of wanton endangerment, two counts of criminal mischief, six counts of assault and operating a vehicle under the influence.
Police say Kees was drunk when he was driving northbound in the southbound lanes of the Gene Snyder on May 13th.
Police say he struck two vehicles and the rock wall.
Eight people were transported to the hospital from the accident.
