(WHAS11) - The teen who police say was driving a stolen car when he crashed and killed four other teens has been indicted.
16-year-old Herbert Lee is charged with four counts of murder, fleeing and evading police, reckless driving, receiving stolen property of $300 and driving without a license.
Brothers Jemar, Demar and Marc Claybrooks and their friend Aaron Shields were killed after getting a ride with Lee after a Youth Alive event.
The boys weren't acquainted with Herbert Lee.
