She announced an expansion of Sam Swope.
But all this comes amid money trouble for the company, which recently got billions of dollars in federal funds.

Recently, GM company auditors say they doubted the automaker could continue operating.
That's according to an annual report filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
