Louisville, Ky. (WHAS11) - The teenager accused of killing four teens while fleeing from police in a stolen car was in court Wednesday morning.
17-year-old Herbert Lee had a pretrial conference.
He was driving four teens home after a Youth Alive event last December when police say they tried to pull him over for driving a stolen car.
Police say Lee took off and crashed a short time later killing Jamar, Demar and Marc Claybrooks and their friend Aaron Shields.
Lee will be back in court in September for a final pretrial conference.
The case could go to trial late next spring.
