ATHENS, Ga. (AP) -- Authorities say a body found in the north Georgia woods fits the description of a university professor that is being sought in the shooting deaths of three people. Athens-Clarke County Police Chief Joseph Lumpkin said Saturday that two guns were found with the body. He says the weapons were consistent with the guns used in the shootings two weeks ago at a community theater near the University of Georgia campus in Athens.

Police say marketing professor George Zinkhan shot his wife and two others April 25. They found his Jeep a week ago about one mile from where dogs discovered the body.

The police chief says the body was concealed by dirt and brush, but do not think anyone was involved in hiding it.

The body was found in Bogart, about 10 miles west of Athens.
