(WHAS11) - It's a chance to help save a police officer's life and watch some local officers take on high school students in a round of basketball.
The Vests for Valor fundraiser will help purchase new tactical vests for Sellersburg officers.
Several officers will take on a team of high school students from Silvercreek and Charlestown high schools and the fundraiser will also have a special half time, which includes a donut eating contest.
The basketball game is Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. at Silvercreek High School in Sellersburg.
The cost is five dollars at the door.
