2 charged after police say one threw rock off Big Four Bridge

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) —Two teens were arrested Derby Day after police said someone in their group threw a rock off the Big Four Bridge.

According to the police report, officers patrolling the bridge stopped a group of five individuals after watching 19-year-old LaSunny D. Clay throw a rock from the pedestrian walkway.

Police asked the group if they had anything illegal on their person and police said Clay answered "f**k no, check me."

Upon searching Clay, police said they found him in possession of 9 mm hand gun. Police said Clay told them the weapon was registered, but also told them he was carrying the gun for another person in the group.

Jordan Clutter, 18, was with Clay and was also arrested.

Both men are charged with carrying a concealed deadly weapon.

Clutter is also charged with disorderly conduct second, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of alcohol by a minor.
