LOUISVILLE, Ky.(WHAS11) -- Two men accused of raping a young girl have pleaded not guilty to the charges against them.
The victim's mother who's accused of criminal abuse has also pleaded not guilty.
Police in Hardin County say Camilla Clark knew that her neighbors Todd Livingston and Dean Tinsley were raping her 8-year-old daughter.
Police say Clark did nothing to stop the sexual abuse.
The abuse was reported by another neighbor because the young girl told other children in the neighborhood what was happening to her.
