LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- A grandfather's gift to his granddaughter became a reality Wednesday night at the KFC Yum! Center.
Kayli England's grandfather purchased tickets with a credit card to the Selena Gomez concert and before he could pick up the tickets, he was killed in a car crash.
Kayli's mom called Ticketmaster to see if she could get the tickets, but the company's policy would not allow anyone to get the tickets without showing the credit card used to buy the tickets.
Unfortunately, the credit card was deactivated after the grandfather's death.
After several calls to Ticketmaster by Kayli's mom and a story by WHAS11, the KFC Yum! Center worked out a deal to get the tickets to Kayli.
98.9 Radio Now went one step further. They made arrangements with Selena Gomez's management and took Kayli back stage to meet the singer.
