LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- More trouble for USA Harvest Founder Stan Curtis.
The Courier Journal reports a Louisville man has filed a lawsuit against Curtis, saying Curtis hasn't paid back a $50,000 loan.
The lawsuit says Curtis and his wife Jeanne borrowed $50,000 from Wayne Walker in April of 2010 but have only paid back about $3,500.
Curtis has also been charged with stealing more than $180,000 from the charity he founded.
Curtis' lawyer, Scott Cox, said he had no comment on the lawsuit, but did tell us that Curtis has now been discharged from the local nursing home where he was being treated for a brain disorder.
