Fatal Shooting
Police have now identified the man found shot to death in his home in Austin, Indiana.
59-year-old Robin Everitt was found dead Sunday evening around 4:30 p.m. at his home in the 3900 block of Bogardus Street.
Police say Everitt's step-son, 29-year-old Jason Uhlenbrock, has been arrested and charged with murder and attempted murder.
Uhlenbrock was visiting his mother and step-father when he allegedly shot Everitt and another unidentified man.
The second victim was shot in the stomach and taken to University Hospital in Louisville.
The reason for the shootings is still under investigation at this time.
Police say Uhlenbrock left the scene on a bicycle and was detained one mile away shortly after.
