(WHAS11) - A man already facing charges after opening fire at a home is now charged with a 2008 murder.
21-year-old George Gonzalez has been charged with the February 2008 murder of Raj Garrett.
Gonzalez is already in jail charged in the murder of Lajuan Smith and six counts of attempted murder after a drive by shooting in August.
