(WHAS11)  An LMPD detective and Police Chief Robert White have been sued by two people who claim they were wrongfully arrested.
 

Detective Crystal Marlowe allegedly falsely accused more than a dozen people of crimes they couldn’t have committed because some of them were actually in jail when the crimes occurred.
 

Tiffany Washington and Rodshaud White have filed lawsuits against Marlowe and White alleging that Marlowe acted intentionally and with reckless disregard when she jailed them.
 

Marlowe has had her police detective duties limited while officials investigate the case.
