Louisville, Ky. (WHAS11) - A Louisville man who pleaded guilty to not having a motorcycle operator's license is now facing more serious charges in a deadly crash.
Bernard King is now facing manslaughter, fetal homicide and operating a vehicle under the influence.
The charges stem from a wreck that happened in Shively last year.  Brandie Chadwell and her unborn child were killed.
The Shively police officer who responded to the crash didn't obtain a blood sample to test for drugs at the time of the crash.
He is now in jail under a $50,000 bond.
