The Louisville teenager accused of killing 4 teens in a car crash following a police chase last December Is due in court Monday.
17-year-old Herbert Lee is charged in the deaths of brothers Jemar, Demar and Marc Claybrooks and their friend, Aaron Shields.
The teens were leaving a Youth Alive event when police say lee fled from police and crashed the stolen car he was driving killing all 4 of his passengers.
