We're finding out more information about a 20-year-old man charged with kidnapping a 12-year-old Bullitt County girl.
WHAS11 dug through court records and found this same man was already on a sexual diversion program for having sex with a minor.
This time Nathan Hardy is behind bars on a $100,000 bond.
The charge of kidnapping a minor began over the weekend in Pioneer Village. Police tell us, Hardy was cruising the young girl's neighborhood.
He was questioned by police and a neighbor kept a watchful eye along with Pioneer Village Police and that’s what saved this young girl.
This was not his first time before the judge in Bullitt County or Nathan Hardy's first time charged with a criminal act with a minor.
But this time, the judge locked him up.
Hardy is charged with kidnapping a minor, a 12-year-old girl and there are more charges coming.
"It appears there could be other victims. There could be definitely a lot more people to talk to," Police told us.
One year ago, Hardy was talking with the bullet County Sheriff's Department after charges of sexual intercourse with a 15-year-old girl.
Two charges of sexual misconduct landed Hardy in a sexual diversion program.
Now he's behind bars on a $100,000 bond after police in Pioneer Village say he had an internet relationship with the 12-year-old girl, lured her away from her Pioneer Village home and was followed by police to a Shepherdsville Lowe’s parking lot followed by police after a watchful neighbor saw the car and the girl leave home.
"This is one of the lucky times we got him, got him in jail and hopefully things will turn out the way they need to turn out."
After the picture of Nathan Hardy appeared on local news, another young woman came forward and that may lead to several more charges.
Right now, Pioneer Village Police are working with Louisville Metro Police on those charges.
