(WHAS11) -- Two children were killed in Indianapolis after a fire broke out in a condo building.
It's not yet known what started the fire, but investigators said both children who died had autism.
A woman, two men and another child were injured.
Witnesses say they tried to help the victims get out of the burning home.
The flames burned through an upstairs wall of the two-story building and firefighters had to cut several holes in the roof.
The woman injured is in critical condition.
