SCOTT CO., Ind. (WHAS11) -- A Southern Indiana man accused of murdering his ex-wife got underway Tuesday morning in Scott County.
Robert Petty is on trial, charged with the murder of Nina Keown.
Police said Petty told them he got into a fight over a phone call and Keown disappeared on her way to a music festival.
Weeks later he Petty led police to a wooded area in Clark County, where Keown's body was found.
