LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- A stunning development during a hearing on Thursday in David Camm's murder case.

A forensic expert testifies that DNA found on murder victim, Kim Camm's clothing, actually belonged to Charles Boney.

He's the man already convicted of killing Camm's wife and daughter.

If that evidence is allowed it could mean a major victory for Camm's defense.

He was convicted twice but those were overturned and now this new revelation could help keep Camm out of prison.
